Land Hub is an independent document assistance service. We facilitate the retrieval of official Tamil Nadu government land documents for a service fee. We are not affiliated with any government body.

2. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate document details for your requests.
• You must be the rightful owner or authorized representative for the requested documents.
• Misuse of documents obtained through this service is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Fees

Our service fee covers document retrieval, processing, and delivery. This fee is in addition to any applicable government fees which may be included in the quoted price. Prices are subject to change.

4. Delivery Timeline

Documents are typically processed within 1–3 business days during working hours. Delays may occur due to government portal maintenance or high demand. We will notify you of any delays.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or unavailability caused by government portal outages, incorrect information provided by users, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.

Information We Collect

• Name, phone number, and email address for account creation.
• Document details you provide for service requests.
• Payment transaction references (not card/UPI credentials).
• Device information and usage analytics.

How We Use Your Data

• To process your document requests.
• To send order updates and notifications.
• To improve our services and user experience.

Data Security

Your data is stored securely. We do not store UPI PINs or bank passwords. Documents are accessible only by you through your authenticated account.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share minimal information with payment processors to confirm transactions. Document details may be submitted to government portals to fulfill your service requests.

Refund Policy

We process refunds fairly. Please read our policy carefully.

Eligible for Refund

• Document not delivered within 7 business days of payment.
• Incorrect document delivered (our error).
• Service unavailable for your requested document type.
• Technical failure preventing service delivery.

Not Eligible for Refund

• Incorrect document details provided by the user.
• Document successfully delivered and downloaded.
• Requests cancelled after processing has begun.
• Government portal unavailability (we'll try again or refund).

Refund Process

Approved refunds are credited to your Land Hub wallet within 24 hours, or to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
